The thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), jointly organised by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, will open on 17 May in Baku.

The thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), taking place from 17 to 22 May 2026 in Baku, Azerbaijan, will feature the largest Urban Expo in WUF history – transforming the Baku Olympic Stadium into a global showcase of innovation, collaboration and solutions for sustainable urban development.

From 15 May 2026, the WUF13 transport network has been fully activated to provide participants of the thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) with safe, seamless and efficient access to and from the event venue.
